Colour boosts are recommended yearly to maintain the best shape and colour.
The Treatment Process
The Semi-permanent eyebrow treatment is a three part process; this consists of - Firstly the consultation, secondly the first treatment and then thirdly the touch up treatment which is carried out 4-8 weeks later, this is all included in the total price quoted above.
A thorough consultation is carried out along with patch tests (which are required) before the treatment goes ahead. Throughout the consultation we will discuss your reasons for considering
the semi-permanent makeup; whether its for the simple reason of waking up with makeup and cutting down the time it takes to get ready in the morning or that you're frustrated with getting one brow drawn on better than the other, or from being guilty of over plucking your brows in the past, leaving you with little or no brow hair.
Following up from the consultation
Following up from the consultation and understanding what it is you want from the semi-permanent makeup we then go onto carrying out the first treatment. The brows are drawn on using a make-up pencil, and the tattooing will not go ahead until you're 100%.
The tattooing is carried out using a lower frequency machine than a standard tattoo machine. The pigment is gently applied to the skin using very fine needles. The sensation of the fine needles to the skin are gentle vibrations and causes very little discomfort.
How long does the treatment take?
The treatment can take up to 3 hours.
What happens after your first treatment?
Immediately after your first treatment the colour of your eyebrows will appear 40%-50% darker than the pigment chosen but this will fade to the desired colour after they have healed.
4-8 weeks after your initial treatment a retouch is carried out to go over the treated area, adding more pigment into the areas where the pigment may have not held as well as the rest of the brow throughout the healing process.
